RULES:

To respect a players 21x21 cropper territory and not settle into it unless specifically discussed and allowed by this player. Any player settling without permission may be removed by catapulting…so make sure you stick to this rule!
(This rule will ensure that there are no oases disputes later in the game.)


Following rules apply in any case of doubt because of settling prior to our mergers:

Any offensive player that settled that area first has the right to all the croppers left in his 21x21 (including oases rights), so if you want to settle there you need to ask if you may and you have to respect a NO-answer or the catapulting rule will be carried out. All players are asked to use common sense though..if you do not plan a hammer army then you might want to share the territory!

Offensive players need croppers as an attacking army has to come from one village (defense can be made from any and all villages and doesn't really need a cropper to do this)
so an offensive player has the right to claim a cropper in a shared 21x21 first (in case of both players playing offense and both settling close to the same time frame and claiming shared croppers or oases it has to be brought to councils attention to make a decision if there should occur any disputes - things will then be decided by sitter checks and army sizes)
